Sneakerheads are getting their first detailed look at the Air Jordan 9 “Flint Grey” thanks to a set of new on-foot photos. The classic colorway offers a clean, timeless design that pairs perfectly with winter and spring wardrobes.
Originally released during Michael Jordan’s first retirement, the Air Jordan 9 never saw MJ hit the court in this silhouette—but the model has remained a favorite among collectors and casual fans alike.
The upper is crafted from premium white leather, while flint grey accents highlight the mudguard, collar, and heel. Subtle pops of university blue appear on the eyelets, adding a refined touch of color. The signature “23” branding is embossed on the lateral heel counter, maintaining the classic Air Jordan aesthetic.
The high-top design not only delivers iconic basketball styling but also provides excellent ankle support. Grey rope laces thread through matching eyelets for secure lockdown, complemented by a white midsole and a flint grey rubber outsole featuring the traditional Air Jordan 9 traction pattern.
With its versatile neutral tones, the Flint Grey edition is ideal for casual wear or elevating seasonal fits. The sneakers are set to retail for $210 and are expected to drop later this month through Nike SNKRS and select Air Jordan retailers.
These new images confirm that the Air Jordan 9 “Flint Grey” retains the model’s timeless appeal, balancing sleek design with enduring performance.
