According to court documents revealed on December 27, the U.S. District Court of Southern Alabama filed a criminal complaint against Brazy, born Nashon Jones, accusing him of possession of a firearm as a prohibited person. The incident, which unfolded during a traffic stop on December 18, involved the discovery of a Girson MC28 SA 9mm pistol and a Smith and Wesson MP 15 AR pistol in Brazy’s possession, despite his felon status. The FBI’s application not only seeks an arrest warrant but also demands DNA samples related to the confiscated firearms.
